After the success of previous events, the Moving On Transitions / careers event for disabled young people and their parents will take place on March 16th 2011 at Dunes Splash World. There will be stallholders providing lots of information and advice, including representatives from local colleges, supported employment, leisure opportunities, welfare rights and many more.
